Fairly clean place, good service, courteous staff. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, just next door to Charlotte, the airport and the downtown. Rooms with full kitchen and excellent breakfast, as for instance.

I had a magnificent stay and can recommend this property. The room was absolutely perfect & warm and the location was ideal. The room was reasonably priced. Respectful and sweet staff and fantastic service.

Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Charlotte. It had outstanding food, helpful staff and perfect location. Bright room, which was also luxurious. I liked the bed, which was comfy. Services were outstanding too.

location was convenient and i loved impeccably clean rooms. breakfast was satisfactory and had a lot of food. staff was all outstandingly accommodating. pool was excellent and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

I loved all the hotel offered : perfect beds and EXTREMELY FRIENDLY staff. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. The pool was heated. Moreover, free WiFi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property. I had lunch in Wendy's, located nearby.
